Pay Approved Claims in a Single Click

Once a manager and the finance lead approve an expense claim in TripGain, a new ‘Pay via RazorpayX’ button becomes available right inside the approval queue. One click triggers the payout. The funds are routed through RazorpayX’s robust rails and typically reach the employee’s bank account within a few hours.

Automated, Audit-Ready Reconciliation

As soon as the payment is initiated, TripGain automatically listens for status updates from RazorpayX. When the payment is successful, the claim is marked as paid in TripGain. Both the TripGain expense ID and the RazorpayX transaction ID are permanently linked, giving your accounting team a flawless, real-time paper trail for audits. If a payment fails (e.g., a closed bank account), it is flagged immediately in the TripGain dashboard for easy resolution.
