Perk operates on a tiered subscription model combined with per-booking transaction fees. Its Starter plan is free as a platform fee but charges +5% per booking (minimum $2, maximum $30); the Premium ($99/month) and Pro ($299/month) plans drop the booking fee to +3% but add a monthly platform charge. Expense management (the Spend module, powered by the Yokoy acquisition) is a paid add-on available only on Premium and Pro, and is billed separately per active user, with invoice processing charged on volume.

Perk, while having an open marketplace for integrations, operates a more closed travel inventory model where vendor selection is largely limited to its own supplier network. This can mean reduced negotiation leverage and reported inventory gaps with low-cost carriers, where employees often find flights on Google that don’t appear on the Perk platform.

 

Perk is also Europe- and North-America-first. While it has an India page, its pricing is USD/EUR-centric, VAT-ready invoicing is limited to the UK, Spain and Germany, and there is no native Indian GST flow, no INR-native billing and limited Tier-2/3 city coverage. The Perk Platinum Visa debit card is issued by entities regulated in Malta and the UK, so corporate card benefits are not directly available to Indian businesses.
